The staff was very friendly the entire time. The location was absolutely perfect, close to Hy-Vee Hall. Moreover, it was just next door to downtown area, Wells Fargo Arena and the concerts at wells fargo arena.

Really great stay, as always. Nice hotel located near to many activities, and downtown and Drake University. Amiable staff and good location in summer would be ideal to walk around the area! Plenty of good options for meal.

This hotel was chilled-out base for exploring Des Moines, greatly enjoyed it. The staff were accommodating, amicable. The restaurant was not too far from the venue.

Everything was excellent during 1 day, really enjoyed its great and awesome location short walk to the civic center, the concerts at wells fargo arena, and many activities. The personnel was ACCOMMODATING and affable. The breakfast offered variety of good meals.

the hotel was an interesting place for enjoying a downtown area, near downtown and drake university, and downtown area. we stayed here before, always spacious and quiet rooms with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our romantic escape, as it was right off the interstate and within walking distance of downtown attractions. We also appreciated the free WiFi and parking, which made our stay even more convenient. the room was clean and cozy, with comfortable bedding and a functional refrigerator.

Our stay was not without its flaws. the amenities in our room were not up to par, including the peeling wallpaper, broken refrigerator door, and insufficient seating.
